Senior or Staff Design Engineer (Analog)

Job Description：

Desired Skills & Competency Requirement: 
-A strong understanding of the VLSI/analog design, micro/architectural and specification understanding.
-Experience in design methodology/execution from aspect of function, speed, power and implementation.
-Experience in IP/chip integration, test plan, evaluation PCB design, Scope/PERT setup.
-Experience in Verilog-A or Verilog-AMS simulation model required for mixed-mode IP verification.
-Experience in UNIX, shell and PERL programming, especially formal tool development/automation
-Experience in mentoring, training and development of engineers
-Experience working and communicating with remote design center
